TLV2264AIDR 描述
One clock should be held HIGH while counting with the other, otherwise the circuit will either count by twos or not at all, depending on the state of the first flip-flop, which cannot toggle as long as either clock input is LOW. Applications requiring reversible operation must make the reversing decision while the activating clock is HIGH to avoid erroneous counts.
TLV2264AIDR 特点
The device powers on in the read mode . Command sequences are used to place the device in other operation modes such as program and erase. The device has the capability to protect the data in any sector. Once the data protection for a given sector is enabled, the data in that sector cannot be changed using input levels between ground and V CC.
